Not governed by traditional private equity hold periods; we partner with A&D companies who look to take a long-term outlook to strategic planning, investments and decision making - all focused on the betterment of all stakeholders.

Our A&D investments focus on smaller companies that have historically demonstrated strong and consistent earnings with EBITDA of $2M - $15M. Due West generally seeks a controlling interest with management rollover.
